Abstract

Despite significant side effects, antipsychotic meditations are useful for many pediatric patients with behavior or psychiatric disorders that are difficult to control. The authors review the history of the antipsychotics, their mechanisms of action, their possible uses, management of their potential side effects, and drug-interactions.
