Abstract

Five drug combination therapy was evaluated in 32 patients. The five drugs used were prednisone, cyclosphosphamide, fluorouracil, vincristine, and methotrexate. A complete or partial remission was obtained in 15 of the patients treated, and symptomatic relief was obtained in an additional 7 patients. These results were obtained with little morbidity and no deaths.
