Abstract

The aesthetic qualities of nasal reconstruction are reviewed and an algorithm that provides a basic plan of approach is presented. The nose is divided into the proximal two thirds and the distal third, in terms of the skin requirements for reconstruction. Lining and support are considered individually in each area.
