Abstract

Progress in neurosonographic diagnosis of fetuses and neonates has continued as clinical and imaging experience has increased, technology and technique have improved, and transducers for Doppler and color Doppler imaging have become more available. This review discusses some of the advances in perinatal neurosonographic diagnosis.
